Charisma Curves is proud to offer personalized styling experiences, curated fashion selections, and wardrobe consulting designed to empower and uplift every client. Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis and are intended to be tailored, intentional, and delivered with care.

Charisma Curves Collective is a community-based resale and promotional program designed to support independent entrepreneurs in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industries. Participation in the Collective does not create an employment, franchise, or agency relationship with Charisma Curves. All Collective Members operate as independent brand partners and are solely responsible for their business practices, client interactions, and financial reporting.

Charisma Curves provides access to promotional, resale support, and marketing tools. However, product resale outcomes may vary, and profit is not guaranteed. Passive income examples provided are for illustration purposes only and depend on the member’s sales, consistency, and effort.

By joining the Collective, you acknowledge that you are independently managing your own brand, and agree to use Charisma Curves branding and materials "ethically" and in accordance with all applicable local and federal laws. Charisma Curves is not liable for any individual member’s business practices, financial losses, or misrepresentation of the brand.

All Charisma Curves content, product designs, logos, and training materials are property of Charisma Curves and may not be duplicated, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

If you have questions about your responsibilities or rights as a Collective Member, please contact us immediately. 

All services and purchases are nonrefundable.

Due to the personal and customized nature of our offerings including styling consultations, curated clothing selections, and event-based experiences, all sales and services are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific promotional item or offer.

We are happy to explore reasonable solutions or adjustments on a case-by-case basis to reach a positive resolution when possible.
